How Do I Store & Reheat?

Donuts

If you need to keep donuts overnight, it's best to leave them in the paper box. Please do not wrap them in plastic wrap or a ziplock as it's too humid in Hong Kong! Moisture will quickly find its way to “change” the donut.

Best to store either at room temperature in the winter or under an air-conditioned room in the summer (during the same day). Please fridge them if keeping overnight. Please also avoid direct sunlight or keeping them outdoors in the summer, as the glaze / sugar may melt or become sticky.

You can nuke the Original Glaze for 5 seconds on medium heat in the microwave the next day. For filled donuts, you can have them come to room temperature the next day from the fridge.

*Keeping them overnight may change the colour and texture. You’ll find that the sugar coated donuts will seep into the dough or clump together - making it look darker or "wet”. The OG Glaze may dry out a bit, so best to microwave them to resume a "softer” touch but it will be stickier.

Brownies

Brownies are a little more versatile, you can keep them at room temperature for 3 days and they will start to condense and become fudgier / chewier.

After the 3rd day or when you start to see the crispy top flake, if you haven’t finished the box, please pop them in the fridge.

You can have it come to room temp to eat or pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds or 150°C oven for about 5-7 minutes depending how gooey you’d like them.

Tip: Serve with a scoop of your favourite ice cream :)
