By using this Website, you (Customer) agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms & Conditions posted to the Website by Hole Foods Hong Kong Limited. By paying an invoice with Hole Foods Hong Kong Limited, the customer is agreeing to the these Terms & Conditions. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING / PAYMENT

  • By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the desired products and services from us
  • You are responsible to pay the correct amount and payments are non-transferable
  • You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made
  • All payments are final within 48 hours of pick up. Should you need to amend/change your order, you must do so 48 hours prior to your pick up
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is made
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer you make us, for any reason, including but not limited to: if the products requested are not available or if payments are unsuccessful
  • We will not be sending reminders, please mark them on your calendar
  • Should no one pick up your order, you will not be given a refund
  • Should we be unable to fulfill your order for any situations beyond our control, we will contact you and offer a refund

PRODUCT

  • While Hole Foods Hong Kong Limited makes every effort to provide the exact size, shape, colour, flavours, filling etc - all of our products are handmade which will result in the appearance to be different
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store
  • All products are made fresh on the day and are recommended to eat on the day (with the exception of brownies, which can be kept longer)
  • If you'd like to keep your products overnight (or longer), please refer to our tips for storing. Please note that this will change the appearance and potentially the taste
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer
  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us
  • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected

DELIVERY

  • We currently are partnering with GogoVan and offer delivery within their parameters and capabilities
  • Please make sure to enter the address (& telephone) details correctly, to ensure the order arrives at the correct location
  • If there is no one present at your given address, we reserve the right to ask GogoVan to leave your order at, or near your door, if it's deemed safe. Most buildings will have management offices, the best option is for them to leave it at the lobby's reception
  • We are not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver by services rendered by this vendor
  • Should there be a delay, you will be notified

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
  • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
