Shipping policy

This only applies for delivery. Pick ups are free of charge at our Central location.

We partner with GogoVan to deliver our orders. Unfortunately that means we can only deliver under their parameters. If we are unable to deliver to the destination you've inputted, we will contact you immediately and find a solution or process a refund.

We do not recommend delivery for donuts in the summer as the weather greatly affects the product. But we understand if that's your only choice - please understand that when you receive the products, the sugar coating might not be the same as what is shown in our photos (humidity will cause the sugar to dissolve).

We, to the best of our abilities, always request for car drivers (vs. cyclists, walkers etc) and to make sure that the products are in the front of the car by the AC - but as these are third party agents, we are not in control of how they operate.

(Unfortunately, GogoVan does not deliver to outlying islands)

Please note that these prices reflect the average of the GogoVan prices and the entire fee is given to them. On occasion, the fees are much higher than the ones stated and are covered by us.
