Cancellation Policy


As we make everything from scratch and will need to plan the orders ahead, we will not be able to take any same-day cancellations/amendments.

However, we understand things come up - if you cannot make it, please do let us know 2 days in advance (before your allocated time) by emailing holefoodshkg@gmail.com (or whatsapp) as soon as you canWe may be able to work out a different pickup time/day, depending on the circumstance. If coming is not an option at all, we can offer you a refund.

No refund or credit will be given if no one picks up your order on the day.

The customer is fully responsible for remembering to pick up within the window of 1PM-3PM.

If you do not notify us before 3PM (via email or whatsapp) on your pickup day, no show orders will be up for grabs by other customers.
