Cancellation Policy

As we make everything from scratch and will need to plan the orders ahead, we will not be able to take cancellations or amendments within 24 hours of your collection date or any same-day requests.

Our dough is an 18 hour brioche dough, which requires pre-planning for each day of operation.

However, we understand things come up - if you cannot make it, please do let us know 2 days in advance (before your allocated time) by emailing holefoodshkg@gmail.com (or whatsapp) as soon as you canWe may be able to work out a different pickup time/day, depending on the circumstance. Please note that we can only offer a refund if cancellation is made 2 days before your pick up date. 

No refund or credit will be given if no one picks up your order on the day.

The customer is fully responsible for remembering to pick up within the window of 12PM-6:30PM.
