As we make everything from scratch and will need to plan the orders ahead, we will not be able to take cancellations or amendments within 48 hours of your collection date or any same-day requests.
Our dough is an 18 hour brioche dough, which requires pre-planning for each day of operation.
However, we understand things come up - if you cannot make it, please do let us know 2 days in advance (before your allocated time) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org (or whatsapp) as soon as you can. We may be able to work out a different pickup time/day, depending on the circumstance. If coming is not an option at all, we can offer you a refund (only if requested before the 2 days).
No refund or credit will be given if no one picks up your order on the day.
The customer is fully responsible for remembering to pick up within the window of 1PM-5PM.
If you do not notify us before 3PM (via email or whatsapp) on your pickup day, no show orders will be up for grabs by other customers.
