FAQ

Do you have a physical store? Can I order during weekdays?

Yes, we do. We moved into a ground floor recently, in October 2023. You are welcome to walk-in to purchase or pre-order here on our website.

How do I order?

Please head over to our "Local Delivery or Pick Up" page. From there, you will be able to select the goods you'd like to purchase and which date you'd like it for. Orders are confirmed once payment is made.

What payment do you accept?

For online orders, we accept credit cards (except AE), PayMe or FPS.

For in-store purchases, we accept cash, all credit cards, Octopus, PayMe, AliPay and WeChat Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

As we make everything from scratch (prep for donuts are made 24-36 hours ahead) and will need to plan the orders ahead, we will not be able to take any cancellations or amendments within 24 hours of your pick up. 

If something comes up and you cannot make it - please do let us know 2 days in advance.

What’s in the donut?

Our donuts are made with love and our secret combination of flour, yeast, eggs and water. The glazes and frosting will vary but will contain dairy (full cream milk).

Are your donuts vegetarian?

Yes, they are if you’re lacto-ovo vegetarian! The only “animal” products we use are milk and eggs.

Psst, we also use vegetable oil (which contains soy!!).

What’s in the brownies?

The brownies have a special ratio of cocoa powder, chocolate chips, flour, butter and eggs.

For toppings we do use peanut butter, so please if you have any allergies, please leave us a note.

I have a nut allergy. Are your donuts safe to eat?

The donut itself doesn't contain nuts but as we are operating in an open-shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact with peanut-containing products will not occur.

Please, if you are allergic to any type of nuts, avoid purchasing ! Your health and safety is extremely important to us !

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do. We have partnered with Gogovan to handle our deliveries. 

Please note that during the summer, the temperature and humidity in Hong Kong will most definitely affect the products.

We always ask for drivers and that it's placed in an airconditioned car but we cannot guarantee that this is always the case.

*As they are a third-party vendor, we cannot guarantee the quality after it leaves our kitchen. We also cannot control their behaviour or decisions on when and how to deliver the goods.

Deliveries are sent out of our kitchen at 12pm and depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half to deliver (also on the basis that a driver picks up as soon as requested).

Can I get my order individually packaged?

Yes, you can, however, we do charge a flat fee of HK$0.50 for each item of an order of 10 or more items, in an effort to reduce waste and help the environment.
